Inside the same office room as before, the same pony that had been clouded in shadows sat. This time, however, there was light in the room, from the monitors that had been in here for ages. Power had been easy to restore with twenty ponies he had under his command. Or, rather, I only have nineteen to work with, he amended. His lieutenant and head scientist had taken a particular interest in one of the units in particular, the one that had been labeled 012. He had no idea why, for from the reports he got, they struggled the same as the others. But whatever. It was almost time to make his move. He would become king of Equestria, and nothing would be able to stop him.

As he sat there, contemplating, Usur walked into the office, and trotted up to him.
Boss, there's an emergency in the testing lab. Covery has requested you come now.

He grumbled, not moving from his seat, as he studied her. Usur was the only pony he could trust, after all, but something... seemed off about her today. Bah, she's just scared one of the new suits isn't working properly at all... He stood, and trotted past her, to the door.
Come then, Usur, let's see what the problem is.

Usur trotted close behind him as they wade their way to the testing lab. This was it. Everything they've been working for, right now, coming finally together. It wouldn't be long now.

From behind a table laden with tubes and phials and other equipment, Covery came out, and went over to Usur and Boss. Here was what they've been working for this entire time. It was time! Time! Ooh, what fun he will be able to have as the co-regnant of Equestria!

Yes, right. Please, come over here! He waved over one of the ponies that were training, all having a much easier time in the new models than in the clunky prototypes. Please, show the boss what's wrong, so I can fix it.

The pony nodded. I'm having a problem here, sir. Whenever I lift my hoof up... And here, the pony lifted their hoof, a charged energy blast hitting Boss square in the chest, ripping it open, and sending him flying into the wall. That happens.

Giddily, Covery ran over to where their Boss' crumpled form laying, and lowered his ears to his side. When he brought them back up, he was grinning widely.

Finally, Usur allowed herself a smile, one that almost matched Covery's. She was now fully in charge. Not like she hadn't been this entire time, but now... Now she was finally free to say it.
Very good, 012. You have done your first job. Now... Covery, organize everypony. We march on Canterlot within the hour. We'll come out from right underneath the palace, and take it over quickly. Nothing will be able to stand up to them. Not even Celestia and Luna. Equestria... is ours.
her teleportation lands her and her crew near the outskirts of Canterlot. She let out a long sigh. When she observed her surroundings, she smiled
We are near the castle. This could be my chance! I'll show them that I am nothing to be taken lightly. I'll capture the palace! Oh, this is too perfect!
she begins to talk to her alicorn army, making a devious plan

And with that, Covery and the three ponies he selected to help stayed behind to pack up the base, as Usur, 012, and the other sixteen ponies flooded Canterlot Palace, throwing everything into total chaos. The princesses fought admirably alongside their guards to repel the invaders, but they were too strong, boosted by the suits as they were. The princesses were captured, and banished to who knows where, as all officials and military leaders were imprisoned in the dungeons. Canterlot had fallen. Equestria had a new ruler.

2 fillies walk through the cold forest, huddling together for warmth from the cold night. They both wore jackets that covered the entirety of their bodies. The smaller one collapses, as the bigger one catches them on the way down, now being forced to carry them both through the icy night

He went back to see if he could find or liberate anymore finding some more he brought them back to Ponyville to relax and recuperate. He hears the explosion and stands up instantly. He looks to the Soldiers and tells them to remain where they are at and sleep*
*goes towards the sounds of the explosion.*
I hope it's not an artillery strike...We are badly outnumbered as it is.

the 2 fillies stop near the tree line, both being able to stand now. Upon seeing the pony on the ground, the little one gasps, and starts to head out to help, but is caught by the tail by the older, who places their hoof in their mouth to stop noises. They lay still and watch

upon leaving, the duo steps out of the forest near the pack with the explosives. The smaller one was first to speak.
"W-what happened to that pony?"
"Nothing. They went to find help. Don't worry. What are these?"
they begin to rummage through the pack, the little one pulls out the laser gun
Um...what is this?
she shoots a laser into the forest, creating a large blast. She shrieks, and runs off in the other direction. The other chases after her into the dark forest yet again

*A little while later in the Infirmary, Seeker and Afro are talking with Arista the Nurse who tended to Lazulic*

the 2 fillies continue to chase each other through the forest. The smaller one, not watching where she was going, rammed herself into a wall. As the older caught up, he picked her up and looked at the structure she rammed into. It was small, and there was a window above them. Thinking on their feet, the bigger of the two hoisted the smaller one up to get a look inside.
"What do ya see?"
"Um...it looks to be a hospital of sorts. There are lotsa ponies in there. They don't look well..."
just as she finishes, the taller underneath loses his footing, sending them both to the ground in a large crash

*She finishes with checking the wounded. She then sits by a window and gets out s piece of paper. She sits there not paying attention and just reads the slip of paper. A single tear runs down her cheek, But she quickly wipes it away hoping nopony saw her. She recomposes herself then looks out the window.*
*continues standing*
the crawl to the edge, seeing the pony taking a swig, and quickly whip back around the corner
*Takes one last swig, and begins to trot to Slots' house*
seeing him leave, the duo continue their walk along the walls. They pass the front door, and to a small window, where a pony sits, the same one they were hiding from before. The smaller noticed something different, like she was very sad. Every nerve in her body wanted to know why, but the taller made sure she kept quiet as they watch

With a flying hoof to the side, and a cross-hoof to the back of the head, she dropped him to the ground.
Quickly, she grabbed her prize and disappeared into the shadows with a loud *Hic*, leaving him wondering what just happened.
